## What is Sit Buddy?

Sit Buddy is a focus timer with a cat that sits beside you. Pick study, work, reading, writing, exercise, meditation, or type your own. Place the phone face down to begin, or tap the button.

HOW TO SIT
• 1 to 240 minutes, with common presets
• A 5- or 10-minute rest when the session ends
• Quiet, rain, or fireplace sound
• Remaining time on the Lock Screen
• If you pick the phone up, it counts, and the cat looks back

THE CAT
Tap to say hello. Hold and stroke along the fur. A short line at the start of a session.

JOURNAL AND STAMPS
Sessions over a minute land in a diary. You can add a line after you finish. Totals, a seven-day trend, and a calendar. Sit enough and you earn a stamp.

PRIVATE
No account, no ads, no in-app purchases. Records stay on this iPhone or iPad. Timer-end notifications are optional.
