If you raise an NCR where there's no phone signal, it's saved to the device and sent automatically as soon as you're back online — even if you close the app or restart the device in between. The home screen shows anything still waiting to send, and tells you clearly if a report needs your attention. Vehicle registration is now required before an inspection can be saved, so a record can never be created without identifying the vehicle it relates to. Route distances are more accurate. Previous destination postcodes are now checked and matched properly before a journey is calculated, which corrects occasional wrong mileage.
