## What is Site Map Rotate?

SiteMap is a calm, private log for rotating injection sites. Tap a zone on a simple body diagram to record a dose, and SiteMap highlights the site you have used least recently.

FEATURES
- Simple front and back body diagram with ten sites: abdomen (four quadrants), thighs, upper arms and buttocks
- Tap a site to log a dose now, with an optional short note
- "Suggested next" shows the site you have never used or used least recently
- Colour shows how recently each site was used at a glance
- Turn zones on or off to match the areas your clinician has advised
- History with every logged dose and per-zone counts; delete mistakes
- Try it instantly with sample data

PRIVACY
Free. No ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no tracking. Everything stays on your device.

IMPORTANT
SiteMap is a personal logbook, not medical advice. It does not know your medicine, dose or condition and does not tell you when or how to inject. Always follow the technique, sites and schedule given by your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
