Very detailed to the point that there is too much information needed on every ticket. Also, navigating through each section on every work order is tedious and not user friendly. 
Another issue is you can’t click on hyperlinks that are put in the ticket. 
One issue I’ve seen on the apple version is for some reason clicking into different boxes doesn’t work well with the cursor.
