The alerts on this app are terrible. I received a couple dozen alerts when setting up, the badge showed over 1k, then down to 600, then 200, then back to 500. The stats in the server monitors are marginally at best when compared with the web UI. Overall useless and has since been deleted.

Latest update makes this app unusable. Does not hold last screen or view you were on. Frustrating to try to clear alert notification count even after alerts are green.

Previously pretty useful, great option for alerting on monitor outages. 

Unfortunately, as of the last update in Nov 2022, it crashes immediately upon opening. Background alerts still work, but the app crashes as soon as it takes the foreground.

My iPhone is on 15.7 OS and just got latest release of Site24x7 app last night and now as soon as you launch app it blows up.

We use this app tremendously and love Site24x7’s capabilities. We just need a dark theme! Would be much easier on the eyes at 3am when checking status of your systems!

### 2/5 — Good monitoring, horrible alerting

There is too little flexibility on the alerts. With the mobile app, the push notifications are either on or off. You can’t set thresholds/rules. If a server goes down for a minute at 2am and then fixes itself… the push alert will be immediate and will wake me up for nothing. I’d be waken up multiple times nightly if I left the push notifications enabled on the phones.

I have to close and reopen it 100% of the time. I replaced my phone a few weeks ago.... same thing, hangs. Right now, I’m getting the alerts, but the page will not load to read them. Same on WiFi or 4G.
