I received a couple dozen alerts when setting up, the badge showed over 1k, then down to 600, then 200, then back to 500. The stats in the server monitors are marginally at best when compared with the web UI. Overall useless and has since been deleted. **Developer response:** Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Good monitoring, horrible alerting *2021-06-25* There is too little flexibility on the alerts. With the mobile app, the push notifications are either on or off. You can’t set thresholds/rules. If a server goes down for a minute at 2am and then fixes itself… the push alert will be immediate and will wake me up for nothing. I’d be waken up multiple times nightly if I left the push notifications enabled on the phones. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Text message isn't going to wake me up at 4am if theres an outage. ### 1/5 — Not staying logged in *2017-02-02, version 3.4.6* New update is not staying logged in. ### 1/5 — ** COSTS UP TO $449/MONTH!!! ** *2016-11-11, version 3.4.5* This app is not free, no where does it outline costs or tell you that when you sign up it is for a 30 day trial. Packages can cost up to $449 PER MONTH! ### 1/5 — Functionally very poor *2016-02-27, version 3.4.1* In general the website is very good however this app leaves a lot to be desired. On the monitoring front you can not change the alert sound meaning that are stuck with the default, which can be frustrating if you need the default to be minimal so other apps don't wake you up at night, meaning it's an all or nothing scenario. When you do get an alert there is little that you can gauge from the app before you need to go to the website. You cant see the configuration of the alerts or make any simple alteration if required. All in all it's hardly worth bothering to have the app at all. ### 1/5 — Caveat Emptor *2016-02-15* I downloaded the app and didn't open it right away. There were several apps on my iPad that had updates, this included. It only did a partial download and so now it's stuck. I can't update it, and I can't delete it!!! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Crashing immediately after last update *2022-11-25* Previously pretty useful, great option for alerting on monitor outages. Unfortunately, as of the last update in Nov 2022, it crashes immediately upon opening. Logging in with Zoho automatically signs you up fr paid service *2020-06-05* Trying to figure out how cancel this third party service. I replaced my phone a few weeks ago.... same thing, hangs. Right now, I’m getting the alerts, but the page will not load to read them. The app is always current and well maintained and the monitoring behind the scenes is great. We love it. It is exactly what we needed, it met our requirements and our users can't live without. The technical support is incredible. Being able to use this app to see the status of all our sites remotely is perfect.
