I didn’t need any manual to get started. I can easily create reports, add comments, and input other information directly from both my smartphone and PC. It also allows me to collaborate with my colleagues simultaneously, which has significantly improved my work productivity. Finally, their support team was amazing — when I accidentally deleted all the photos I had taken, they were able to recover everything for me within just a few days. For us being able to snap photos, share them across several accounts with folders inside separate projects makes it so easy to create professional reports. Work photos are now all in one location and not mixed in with my personal ones. Being able to create folders for specific installs where we used unique materials I can now find it fast and quickly bring it up to show a customer instead of scrolling. Since then I have used it for safety walks, punch lists and defects. The ability to add plans to the reports and locate the phots on the plan makes it so much easier for those who follow on after to identify the issue and correct it.
