Please have the sitecap reflect base camera settings. If you need to find another project, it’s insane how long it takes to spit back that the project can’t be found. Then and only then can you search it in find project. You should have that option before searching. Also there is no reason why it should sync all photos to your app only to have to load for about 5 minutes to actually see the photos. The quality of the images are also so bad that if you want to know any detail about the project from your phone. This one is not very good compared to others. While it has a lot of solar focused forms that might be a big win for solar companies initially, other forms apps are light years ahead of this app. Web client is dated and confusing to navigate. Mobile app the form portion I think works decently. But there clearly has been no investment to improve the sync process or overall optimization. Our crews are always riddled with sync problems. Like other reviews say below always keep your photos on your phone. It is a complete waste of time. It is a flexible application. You can adjust it to do whatever you need it to do and if there are ever any issues the support team is always there to spearhead the issue and get it resolved.
