## What is SiteFact?

SiteFact is the record of the job.

Log what happens on site as it happens: photos, issues, instructions, deliveries and notes, each with a date, time and location, in one chronological record. When someone disputes what was done or said, you have the evidence.

RECORD
- Three entry types: Issue, Evidence and Information
- Several photos per entry, with pen, arrow and text annotation
- Edit the time an event happened, add a location, assignee and status
- Search across all your projects

REPORT
- Professional PDF reports with your logo, signature and company details
- CSV export for spreadsheets
- Reports stay readable with hundreds of entries and photos

SHARE
- Send a link to a report or a single entry. The recipient needs no app and no account
- Share Update puts a clean summary of an entry straight into WhatsApp or Messages
- Withdraw a link at any time
- Invite a colleague to a project

BUILT FOR THE TRADES
Made for subcontractors, site managers and clerks of works who need a record that is quick to keep and hard to argue with. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
