You get varied responses from them though. Some stay with you until you figure things out and others send you articles to use. I’ve found it’s best to come back if you need better help. ### 1/5 — Worst multi factor authentication ever encountered. *2025-10-20* Login on desktop Desktop tells you to go to mobile app Mobile app has signed you out Mobile app takes 20 minutes to log you back in (or just doesn’t let you) Can’t access desktop Can’t do work. Their new two factor authentication makes it impossible to log in & manage reservations. It’s like they took an already inefficient platform & designed it to make it even worse. ### 1/5 — Not working properly *2025-02-09* It worked well for a while and I loved using it daily. A few months ago it stoped displaying data for Today, which is where we would make most of the quick last minute changes, so it’s no use anymore. It also only lets you change the rate for ONE day only and not multiple days (with different rates on each day) at a time, which slows down the whole process dramatically. I have mentioned and reported this several times to siteMinder support over the last months. Nothing has been done about. Aber wenn mich ein Mitarbeiter/eine Mitarbeiterin zu einer Buchung anspricht, kann ich mit der APP leider keine Antwort geben.
