## What is SitePlan?

Digital Geodocumentation and Surveying for the construction, planning and maintenance of infrastructure projects.

Built for project teams: GPS navigation in construction plans and satellite map with georeferenced photos, centimeter-accurate measurement, as-built documentation and collaboration.

SitePlan enables project teams to navigate PDF plans and a satellite map with their phone GPS. The plans are simply converted into digital GPS maps. Photos taken are also automatically located with their geoposition on the plans and on the map. In addition, each project member can easily connect to GNSS smart antennas, which enables positioning to the centimeter. This makes staking out, centimeter-accurate as-built documentation and digital field measurements a breeze. All data such as plans and photos are available to the entire project team in real time.

This enables you to:
- See your position on the construction plan and on the satellite map for better orientation
- Easily localize plan objects such as lines, e.g. to avoid line damage
- Immediately locate construction site photos automatically with GPS
- Manage all construction plans digitally

Von uns, einem Straßen- und Tiefbauunternehmen, gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für SitePlan !

Wir nutzen die Plattform liebend gerne. Die Anwendung vereinfacht sowohl die Erstellung von Abrechnungsunterlagen, als auch die Vermessung der Projekte vor Ort.
Hierdurch wird der gesamte Arbeitsprozess deutlich vereinfacht.
Ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben ist, das mehrere Anwender auf die Daten zugreifen können, bzw. diese erfassen können -> einfachere und schnellere Zusammenarbeit!
Die Benutzer-/Bedienoberfläche ist übersichtlich gestaltet und einfach zu bedienen.

Wir verwenden Siteplan als Ingenieurbüro, um Ortsbegehungen vorzubereiten und zu dokumentieren sowie zur schnellen Projektübersicht intern wie extern. Die Projektinformationen wie Planwerk und Orthofotos, Punkte, Linien und Flächen sowie Fotos lassen sich über die Projektlaufzeit weiter ergänzen. Somit ist Siteplan der ideale Datenhub für on-site-Daten in unseren Projekten.

SitePlan verwenden wir im Tiefbau und Straßenbau. Es eignet sich sowohl für das Erstellen von Abrechnungsunterlagen als auch für die Vermessung direkt vor Ort, wodurch es den gesamten Bauprozess erheblich vereinfacht. Die Möglichkeit, dass mehrere Personen gleichzeitig auf die erfassten Daten zugreifen können, vereinfacht die Zusammenarbeit erheblich. Dank der überschaubaren Benutzeroberfläche ist es zudem auch sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Die Vermessung funktioniert tadellos und der Neigungssensor spart viel Zeit beim Abstecken und Einmessen. Außerdem sind die georeferenzierten Fotos ein hervorragendes Instrument für die Beweissicherung oder die Zuordnung und Dokumentation der Baustellen. 
Sehr leichte Handhabung und gleichzeitiges Arbeiten von mehreren Personen in einem Projekt. 
Mit der Einpassung von Spartenplänen hat man die Fremdleitungen immer dabei. 
Arbeiten täglich mit der App.

This app looks like it would be really good; however, I’m rated it poorly for a number of reasons. First, after I signed up, it indicated a 30 day trial period. No where that I could find does it indicate how much it costs after the trial period AND there was no mention of this anywhere in the app information before I downloaded it. Second, it seems to be locked in with metric. I couldn’t find a way to switch to imperial. Third, generally, the app seems to be missing basic support.
