When I try to scan, the screen just turns black. The app thinks it’s scanning but then when I complete the scan there is nothing captured. I tried to contact support but got no reply. ### 5/5 — Simple and surprisingly fun! *2025-06-27* Amazing app, with simple features! Scanning is simple, and requires no skill other than motor skills that a 7 year old could do. When viewing, it lowers the point count when moving the camera so it’s easier to se perspective. Pro Tip: the default point density isn’t even the highest, turn it up! Unfortunately, SiteScape specifically makes use of the LiDAR sensor unit that's only on certain iPhone / iPad models. An iPhone 13 Pro or Pro Max has this sensor, but an iPhone 13 or 13 mini does not. Compatible devices include all iPhone Pro and Pro Max models since iPhone 12 Pro, and all iPad Pro models since 2020.
