If you browse a campsite, it’s hard to find a clear link for booking that particular campsite. If the campsite you want is fully booked it asks you to book an alternative site or alternative dates. It would be useful if it told you what dates are available for your preferred campsite. Sometimes it’s about the location! As campers maybe we just want to browse. I thought I would browse England but that was obviously centred on Meriden so the max radius of 100 miles was inadequate to cover the whole country. Why divide into arbitrary areas? Central England is a subjective division. Counties would make sense or some alphabetical overall map/ listing. Reading peoples reviews is always useful and helpful to find out what is nearby to visit. Even though I have stipulated a specific campsite, it insists on giving me a list of all the sites. I then can’t get the price per night for each different type of pitch. As a joint member with my husband, I’m blocked from accessing the members section on the App so it’s a total waste of time. Why can’t both members have access to the members’ section? It’s raised my good map reading skills to sheer laziness. It’s all done for me. PS the King’s living room in Sandringham was so welcoming and it’s true that his garden design skills are marginally better than mine! Thanks again for the lovely time. ### 5/5 — Howard Mannion *2026-08-05, version 5.13.0* You have a very good recruitment policy, all your staff across the sites we have visited have been very friendly and welcoming, they also maintain the sites so well. ### 5/5 — Electronic membership card👎 *2026-08-02, version 5.13.0* Having not been on a rally for a few years, I was unaware of this app, until I was trying to camp with a DA, fortunately I had my old cards with me and was unaware they were out of date , I was able to call HQ to confirm I had current membership with them and also the DA, who happens to be one of the councillors who told me this happens all the time. I was allowed to camp in the end after the call. Can this be made easier I’m only 51yrs old as well.
