It crashes constantly forcing the user to log in 3 or 4 times to sign off a job. ### 1/5 — Technician *2025-01-29, version v20241206* Hi i am technician and our company asked us to use your software. But i must say i have never seen such a waste and ugliest software ever. Each time you save something it crashes and then again you need to log back in and guess what it takes ages to open it up although i have newest apple iphone 16 and it doesn’t work good on it as well. If you need to get customer’s signature then screen moves and they do start’s swearing on you guys not me. So long story short everyone don’t ever ask yourself or your team for use this software, its waste of time and best part is we started using this 1.5years ago and they are unable to address the issue till date ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2024-11-16, version v20241007* Hopeless very slow most of the time working ### 1/5 — Lot of bugs *2024-10-22, version v20241007* facing lot of bugs On ios 16.6 with latest version of sitetrax - when tap on anything page take 4-5 seconds to response - crashes most of the time while submitting any form - due to very slow user interface, makes very frustrating for accepting jobs, submitting form etc. Note: please do testing on mobile data not on wifi. We use app on mobile data all the time. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-09-23* This app is so annoying. App closes and goes back to home page. Unable to load photos. Photos takes lot of time to load. App crashes all the time. Email support time to solve this issue. No response. IT team fix one issue & creates another issues on. Lots unnecessary form to fill no reason. Worst app ever been created. 👎 ### 1/5 — Very bad user experience. *2024-05-06* Keep processing even if you have 5G connection. Poor user interface and poor processing. ### 1/5 — Multiple bugs *2024-01-24, version v20231108* Using ios if you are already in the app and have access other information in the app and then decided to download the netmap plans in the attachment another pop up window will appear and you will not be able to access the plans, doesn't matter how many time you try, unless you quit the app open it up again, straight go to attachment then try to download the plans and you will access the plans. If you trying to upload the photos in quality checklist you can upload multiple photos each tab, after uploading app will start buffering and then you can upload photos in next tab. but you cannot even select the photos in next tab meanwhile uploading photos in previous tab. , if you decided to select the photo in next tab then you won't be able to upload it and you have to go back and again open up the QC form and start it over. If you are accessing the app in your mobile network and you decided to activate your wi-fi then app stop working, to work it again you have to quit the app and start it again to use the app. ### 1/5 — Its always crash *2023-04-19, version v20230405* The app is automatically closed after some time ### 1/5 — Totally bad app *2022-06-05, version v20220518* Who ever developed this app , i think they don’t not how to create a app,bad,hanging always,not fast to change the pages,using too much battery .
