## What is SiteWrite?

SiteWrite is professional report-writing software for chartered surveyors producing RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 reports. Inspect the property, draft the report and review every paragraph — all from your iPad or iPhone, on site.

Built by a practising chartered surveyor inside an active RICS-regulated firm, SiteWrite is designed around how surveyors actually work: on their feet, often without signal, with no time for re-keying notes back at the desk.

HOW IT WORKS

• Start a survey and the full RICS structure loads — Sections A to J — with every element pre-populated from your firm's phrase library.
• For each element, tap defects from a searchable bank of 2,400+ RICS-aligned phrases, set the condition rating (CR1, CR2, CR3), capture and label photographs, and add your own observations by typing or dictation.
• Works fully offline — in basements, lofts and rural properties. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
• Start on a tablet on site and finish on a laptop at the desk. Your work follows you across devices.

THE REPORT EDITOR

SiteWrite drafts. You decide. Before anything leaves, you review the report paragraph by paragraph:

• Polish any paragraph, or highlight a single sentence and refine just that part.
• Regenerate from updated observations.
• Edit freely with a rich-text toolbar.
• Confirm each paragraph individually — nothing is final until you sign it off.
• Live status shows what's confirmed and what still needs review, with a contents sidebar for the whole report.

Sections H (Legal Matters) and I (Risks) build themselves from the flags you set during the inspection, so nothing is missed.

DELIVER

Export a polished, branded PDF with your firm's logo and a clear AI-use declaration on the final page.

FOR FIRMS

• Manage your team, roles and seats from the admin portal.
• Customise the phrase library, default condition ratings and risk tags once — applied across every surveyor in the firm.
• Every AI-assisted paragraph is logged with the exact prompt, output, model, surveyor and timestamp: a complete, defensible record for PI insurance and RICS regulatory compliance.

SiteWrite requires an account. Surveyors join via an invite from their firm.
