## What is Sitstraight?

Focus Body is a simple app that helps you stay mindful of your posture during the day. It sends gentle audio reminders to sit or stand up straight no fancy gadgets, wearables, or signups needed.

It's not a medical app, just a small tool to help build better habits over time, whether you're working, studying, or gaming.

How it works:
You’ll get regular sound reminders. Whenever you tap the notification, the app counts it as a positive response — helping you track how often you correct your posture.

Main Features:
Choose your own reminder sound and how often it plays
Tap-to-confirm system for building awareness
Simple charts showing your daily and weekly progress
Runs quietly in the background
No accounts, no ads, no tracking

Who it’s for:
Anyone who spends a lot of time sitting or standing remote workers, students, office folks, gamers and just wants a little nudge to stay upright.
Focus Body doesn’t collect any personal data, and everything stays on your device. It’s meant to be helpful, not intrusive.
