I am a newly established pet sitter. Upon using this app, I have found that it has been very convenient and easy with creating a profile, utilizing a schedule for booking, communicating with clients, setting rates/prices, and collecting payment. I will continue to use Sittsy as my main platform to offer my pet care services as it’s made it fairly simple for me to navigate and use, as well as keeping all my business organized.

Si j’avais pris le temps de lire les avis avant de télécharger cette application, je ne l’aurais jamais installée. L’application demande d’ajouter une carte bancaire en expliquant que c’est uniquement pour une vérification à 0 €. Quelques instants plus tard, une demande de paiement apparaît. J’ai fermé la fenêtre car je ne voulais rien acheter, mais je me suis quand même retrouvée avec un paiement de 29 € pour des crédits dont je n’avais absolument pas besoin. Je trouve cette façon de procéder très trompeuse. Après avoir lu les avis, j’ai découvert que de nombreux utilisateurs racontaient des expériences similaires, avec parfois des montants bien plus élevés. Pour moi, c’est une très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement cette application.

J’ai télécharger l’application pour pouvoir garder des animaux et me faire des sous étant jeune, en m’inscrivant j’ai du payer 0€ j’ai trouvé ça bizarre mais affichant 0€ j’ai payé et il se trouve que j’ai été débité de 49€ de l’application au moment même où j’ai payé et où il était inscrit 0€, je suis restée connecté quelques minutes il n'a jamais été mention de paye quoi que ce soit ( à part donc les 0€ ) j'ai voulu annuler directement et aucun bouton pour cela rien du tout alors que c’est la loi de pouvoir désactiver et être remboursé directement après le paiement j’ai donc envoyé un mail et la réponse était négative et complètement hors sujet, ils ont donc refusé de me rembourser donc attention à fuir si vous ne voulez pas perdre 49€ comme moi et plusieurs personnes ( je ne suis pas la première ). Et bien sûr impossible d’être remboursé ou quoi que ce soit vu que ils répondent la même chose à chaque avis négatifs même pas capable, ils disent juste que ils priorisent la santé des animaux mais bon retire 49€ sans conscentement rien avoir hein…

During the onboarding process to become a dog walker, it asks you to enter your card details to “confirm your identity”. Later on when it asks you to make a deposit, clicking anything will automatically charge your card with no confirmation button. 

If that wasn’t bad enough, they charge your card twenty cents if you don’t reply to a booking request within 10 minutes, charge your account a “trust” deposit for every booking request, and other hidden predatory fees. Do not give this app your card details under any circumstances.
