Queue was massive for the gig and they rattled through a good few song before we got served...

The space at the bar for SIV app orders was empty as no one could order from it! Select the stand your in then nothing...

Poor system which simply doesn’t work

App. freezes as you try to use it and then when you finally place an order the Q in the pre order line is as big as the normal Q 
Your drinks aren’t pre poured, they pour them when you show them what you’ve ordered on the App. when you finally get to the front of the Q
You can’t even bail out of the Q because you’ve already paid!!
Give it a miss. Won’t be using it again.

Terrible app. Lets me select seating for nearest stand and thats as far as i get. You cant actually order anything because a menu doesn’t show. This includes outside the arena where signal is good. Now wonder the app pickup queue is always empty. Some improvements needee
