Hi. My friends has just offered me to download this app and see how we progress together. But unfortunately every time I open it, it shuts.

It's pretty decent for a free app. I definitely see a difference. It's got some bugs though. Like if I get a call or an alarm goes off or something like that, the sound stops working in the app and the only way it comes back is to restart it. Not convenient if I'm half way or more through the workout.

I have been doing Lumowell workouts for years. Amazon video have the exercises and I’ve been watching them on that, but just recently saw they have loads of these wonderful apps for workouts too! I’ve only just started this 6 pack abs one, but I love that it helps motivate you, reminds you of workouts, has loads of great features!
