## What is SIXCORE?

腹筋の状態を写真1枚で数値化する、AI腹筋分析アプリ。

上段・中段・下段・腹斜筋の4部位を個別に採点し、
弱い部位に合わせたトレーニングプランを組み立てます。

【腹筋偏差値】
写真を1枚撮るだけで、腹筋の発達度を偏差値で表示します。
割れ方(パック数)と体脂肪率の推定も同時に出ます。

【部位ごとの採点】
腹直筋の上段・中段・下段、腹斜筋を個別に採点。
「どこが弱いのか」が数字と図でわかります。

【AIによる所見】
写真から読み取れる状態と、次の1〜2ヶ月で
何をすべきかをAIが文章で示します。

【1年間のトレーニングプラン】
採点結果をもとに、あなた専用のメニューを1年分。
撮り直すたびに、その先の組み立てが更新されます。

【到達予測】
このまま続けた場合に偏差値がどこまで伸びるかを、
部位ごとに予測します。

【変化の記録】
撮った写真は時系列で並び、before/afterで見比べられます。
スコア入りの記録カードも作れます。

・表示されるスコア、体脂肪率、到達予測は統計的な推定値です。

・撮影した画像は端末内に保存されます。解析のためGoogleの
