Aún siendo ciudadana americana me exigieron el pasaporte para poder alquilar el vehículo. Me refirieron que iban a cancelar y reembolsar. Y nunca sucedió. Simplemente me quitaron 1,166 sin haber utilizado NINGÚN SERVICIO. Fue la peor experiencia.
