I read other reviews about confusing instructions, plus I might be more of a visual learner, so I went to their video instructions on YouTube, which were extremely helpful! My husband only needed to help with a couple of parts (one requiring extra strength), but the instructions were definitely understandable. There was a little too much friction when I started riding, but my husband was able to figure out how to loosen the breaks, which were apparently rubbing up against the wheel. By all appearances it seems cool and I want to contribute, but I’m having a difficult time plugging in my newly purchased bike details for my account. When you select “add a bike” it’s only listing options A/O Amelia through BodyEase. I have an EVRYjourney, but that’s not coming up as an option, even in the search box. It’s as if the app is cutting off any other bike models that come alphabetically after “B”. Can an app developer fix this? It’s nice to know how far you’ve ridden and that it is cumulative in its mileage. I’ve had a few problems with it not recording rides. I don’t know if it’s a reception issue or an app issue.
