I asked for a refund but heard nothing back **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. First — please check your spam folder. We reply within 24 hours, and we already responded to your refund request yesterday, about 5 hours after you emailed us. Our reply was very likely filtered there. On the refund itself: we sent clear step-by-step instructions on how to request one. Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us, so we're unable to issue it directly — but we're glad to walk you through Apple's process. On accuracy: our app is designed to reach 5–15mm accuracy when the phone is held straight, so following the in-app guides makes a real difference. We're also about to release a new version that achieves ~5mm accuracy and stays industry-leading even when the phone is tilted. We're proactive in every way about helping users get accurate measurements and resolve refunds. It worked great for about a week, but recently it has stopped reading tags. I’ve downloaded a new version and tried everything. Forget getting help because it just isn’t intuitive. The tag reader is working normally on our end, so the most likely cause is an internet connection issue — the scanner needs an active connection to read and process labels, and it can quietly fail if your signal drops or Wi-Fi is unstable. Please try again on a strong connection; in most cases that resolves it right away. If it still doesn't work after that, email us directly at support@sizeai.co — we reply within 24 hours and can look into your account and get you sorted quickly. Getting help should be easy, and if it felt like it wasn't, that's on us to fix. We do about ~200 items a week, plus the ghost mannequin shots keep everything looking consistent which was not the case before. ### 5/5 — Way faster than my old process *2026-04-20, version 1.0.4* I used to lay everything out, measure with a tape, take photos, then edit backgrounds in a separate app. Now, I just scan and it does all of it. I'm impressed! I used to pay someone on fiverr to edit my photos and honestly these look just as clean. saves me like $80 a week easy. However, I’m struggling to get accurate pit to pit measurements on sweaters, jackets, button ups, clothing, with sleeves. The sleeve seemed to interfere with the AI detection, making this measurement difficult to capture consistently. **Developer response:** Hi Vassi1972, Thanks for the feedback and for continuing to give Size AI a try. Pit-to-pit measurements can sometimes be tricky, especially on garments with long or wide sleeves. Size AI can only measure what the camera clearly sees, so if sleeves are folded, overlapping, or covering the underarm area, the AI may not detect the pit correctly and has to guess where the edge of the pit is. To improve accuracy, try spreading the sleeves so the underarm area is fully visible. Taking the photo from a bit farther away, or using Landscape mode, can also help ensure the entire garment fits clearly within the frame. We’re continuously improving detection for long-sleeve garments, and feedback like yours really helps. We’re also working on adding more examples and guidance to show how to capture accurate measurements across different garment types.
