Generous offer but at the end the promised discount did not populate to final bill … so did not need to download the ap but just order via web browser as usual

T shirt I found came very big for a medium the quality and everything else about the t shirt is great . 
I have the adidas gazelle t shirt that’s great in size as a medium. Had to return this and try a small.

Very clunky. Only way to register for “Access” and get £20 off my item. Fine. But super hard to do, kept getting an error code until it eventually worked. Then kept failing to pay via Apple Pay - error “discrepancy with apply pay” - then taking me back to payment screen showing all my discounts removed, so it was expecting full price when Apple Pay was trying to pay for the full amount.. in the end manually entered the card details and it worked, but was a pain.

If you’re going to force people to download some annoying app then at least make it work! Will make sure I delete it now I’m done using it, no data tracking for you

I ordered some shoes and it didn't even let me view my orders, had to ring customer service and they didn't believe me cause it said I placed the order 2 days ago under a different name. Also the app doesn't send you emails like ordering from the website did so I had no actual proof of my order. You're better off doing it from the website or in-store.

Siempre tengo problemas de entrega cuando realizo varios pedidos a nombre de diferentes personas. Automáticamente me cambian el nombre del destinatario del paquete y la empresa de reparto no realiza la entrega ya que la persona por la que preguntan no vive en la dirección indicada
