How do I do that? ### 4/5 — Within about 1/8 of an inch *2018-03-05, version 2.8* The app seems to be pretty accurate, on my iPhone SE about within 1/8 of an inch. I haven’t tested it in metric system. However, for a general tool that’s in your pocket, measuring 20 inches to within an eighth of an inch he’s pretty good. Testing on the 30 inch scale, came within 1/4 of an inch. So it seems, that the greater the distance the greater the error. It was off by 1/2 inch a majority of he time until I saw another review saying you had to move the phone really fast. So I tried that 5 times and it was accurate 5/5. In case you continue like that I gonna talk to apple to force you to take care of that and then after that I will what I have to do for ### 1/5 — Not accurate *2018-10-20, version 2.12* Tried it on multiple and various measurement and it wasn’t even close. Not sure if this is a scam since it wouldn’t let you try it first without a name and email address once it was uploaded. Then it says it’s a 30 day trial which isn’t disclosed in the App Store. And I also read here it captures the devices number. Stay clear IMHO! ### 1/5 — Not accurate! *2018-04-09, version 2.8* Measured same item three times, and got three distinctively different results. This would be a Catastrophe for the old rule of thumb, measure twice and cut once Theory. Measurements were off as much is 2 inches! Not acceptable! ### 1/5 — It’s not free *2017-12-05, version 2.7* First off, this app comes with a 30 day trial and then you need to purchase it. So it’s not free. And nowhere can you find out how much you’re paying until after you buy it. ### 1/5 — Doesn't load *2017-06-03, version 2.6* Looks like there was an update on 5/31 but I tried downloading today, and although I see the app on my phone, it won't open. Tried uninstalling twice, still no luck. ### 2/5 — Nice try *2017-12-19, version 2.7* Off every time.. measured the same item over and over, same speed, same motion.. off by several inches every time. I need an accurate measurement not “approximate”. Hell I can do that without the app. ### 2/5 — Clever but inconsistent and unreliable *2017-12-12, version 2.7* This seems like a clever app, but it’s very inconsistent. When measuring my 21.5 inch iMac, I get everything from 18.5 inches to 22.5 inches. I tried measuring multiple ways (including as shown in the instruction video) however the results would almost always vary. Once or twice it was spot on, but if I went back and measured the exact same way, the result would change again. I tried this app with other projects and experienced similar results. Moving the phone is hard because of my case and there is no guarantee it's a straight line. ### 3/5 — OK for measurements that are less than accurate *2018-04-24, version 2.8* This app is OK to use for approximate measurements… I found it to average over an inch off after several attempts on an 8 foot table. Even smaller distances very with each measurement. But if your measurements Just have to be in the ballpark it’s OK. I won’t be getting the paid version after my 30 day trial. ### 3/5 — Inches are needed *2018-03-08, version 2.8* Please make the app have inches. It has centimeters but not inches. Switching between the two should be easy. Yes we can convert it on our own from Cm to Inches but that is why we have the app to make life easier.
