Request rental Choose dates, send your rental request, and communicate securely with us or the lender through our messaging system. You will be charged once it’s accepted. 3. Receive Receive your item and enjoy your outfit! When your rental period is up, just place your item back in the garment bag they came in. We'll handle the pick up and dry cleaning. 4. How to lend Lend & earn from your closet. 1. List You can opt for a managed closet by Siz: send us items to store, list, and lend. Or list an item in under 2 minutes, keep and manage your own rental listings through our platform. 2. Approve Rental You have the choice to approve or decline all rental requests that you receive. Communicate directly with our team or your potential renter via our secure messaging system. 3. Ship We take care of everything from pick-up to return once dry cleaned for your hassle-free lending. All you have to do is approve rental requests! 4. Get paid and review. Once your rental is completed, payment to your bank account will be processed every 15th and 30th of the month.
