Hardly any products are available here, or you have to ship from the US for an extortionate price. Also can’t seem to change to AUD, so all the prices don’t accurately reflect what you’ll end up paying. Every time I open the app it says to update it so I click to update it and then there’s no update and it just says to open the app so I can’t open the app without rerouting me to the App Store for an update that doesn’t even exist. I had 5 major problems with it. The first one is that when I tried talking to the ai assistant they offered,it wouldn’t work most of the time so you can’t even talk to it. The second flaw is that every I would go into the app it would say there’s an update version so I had to open it through the App Store. Third error is that every time it would say where I could buy the product the website(they give websites where you can buy it from) wouldn’t even have it so I would have to go on a wild goose chase just to find out it was not even in my country. Fourthly the yearly prescription would change prices like when I first joined the it cost 26$ but a couple days later it was 2$ than a few minutes later 4$. The most terrible this is that when I brought the 26$ prescription a couple days later it logged me out and when I tried to login it would say invalid username or password. So i tried to reset the password and it would say click on the link in you’re email to reset you’re password for it not even giving me an email. I waited and tried to get an email to reset my password so I could login to my account. I am very upset I spent money on this app than it logging me out 2 days later. That goes 26$ down the drain when that could have went to product to help my skin. And to search up products it wouldn’t even work, they only show up a products you didn’t even search up. I am sorry for any grammar mistakes and I hope this makes any sense DONT GET THIS APP ### 1/5 — This is insane *2026-07-28, version 1.6.16* Whats the point of having a delete account and data option if it doesnt work?? Was this app vibe coded or something?.. and the SCAN option is completely covering it. I just want to remove my data and account off this app. They probably wont even reply or fix this. Very upsetting ### 1/5 — AI slop *2026-07-28, version 1.6.16* this app is garbage, super buggy and half of the things in it don’t even work. all of the recommendations are bad and are just poorly ai generated literally useless ### 1/5 — absolute scam. *2026-07-24* this app feels extremely misleading. almost everything that makes the app useful is locked behind a paywall. the worst part is that i can’t even delete my account. the “delete account” option is placed so low on the screen that it’s hidden behind the bottom navigation bar, making it impossible to tap. the option directly above it works perfectly, so the placement of the delete button feels intentional. making an account is easy, but deleting it apparently isn’t. the referral system is also confusing and seems broken. when my boyfriend registered, he was asked to enter a referral code from an existing user. i searched everywhere in my account for my own code, but there was no referral code anywhere, and i was never given one when I registered. why offer a referral option if existing users cannot actually find or share their code? i emailed the support about these issues and still have not received a response. i would not recommend downloading this app. you are better off using other skincare resources or speaking to a dermatologist instead of paying for basic AI-generated results and recommendations. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-07-20, version 1.6.16* Worst app ever, it gave me a 3 day free trial and charged me 21.97$ for a cancelled subscription.
