The 30 Day + Metro and 10/30 + Metro does not appear as an option to buy or as an add in for me. Yet it is described on your tickets offered page. Has it been discontinued? ### 3/5 — It could be great but not yet *2025-01-17, version 1.68.0* If you’re traveling in southern Sweden, you basically need this app. I don’t know what languages it supports, but as an English speaking traveler I’m grateful there is English support in-app. Note that regardless of your language selection, their marketing team hasn’t heard of segmentation yet so you’re going to get Swedish language spam from them every day, potentially multiple times per day. And if you’re trying to figure out how to unsubscribe, the instructions are in Swedish. But it’s also not one-click so it takes you to a page in Swedish that you have to figure out what to click to unsubscribe. I spent a lot of time on this part because it’s really awful but also really easily avoidable if they’d just segment their marketing campaigns based on in-app language selection. I did find it really hard to track my in-progress routes on this app so it was not always easy to know when I needed to prepare to disembark. It would be really really nice to have Apple Pay as a payment option. For some reason they declined to accept my perfectly good Apple Card directly. ### 2/5 — Foreign phone number and no english support on main website for customer complaint *2024-11-20, version 1.66.1* The app does not send sms to foreign phone number. One bus gets delayed And you end up getting buses at the same time. Because of these delays you end up missing the interconnecting regional buses/trains .. One ends up wasting a lot time waiting just in waiting for the interconnecting buses and trains because of the delays in the local buses .. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app if you have an eSIM *2024-08-26, version 1.64.2* Hi, like the review left by ‘K in ACT’ a few months ago, I’m having the same problem. I cannot receive SMSes as I am from Australia and travelling here in Sweden, using an eSIM. Why do you require sending an SMS to an individual? Can you not have another system to verify someone using the app, such as email verification? This app works but it is not the best. It ate a few of my payments. Det kan man ju tänka sig att det SKULLE kunna hända någon gång, men jag har sett som max tre gånger för samma händelse, till och med med några dagars mellanrum: "tåget är inställt på grund av att ha krockat med en bro". Vänta lite. Hur i hela fan kan ett tåg krocka med en bro?! Som om inte det skulle vara komiskt nog så hände detta tre gånger på en månad - på olika tillfällen. Det går inte. Annars skriver de bara att folk är på spåren. Ja, verkligen. För folk tycker det är så jävla kul att gå där ju. Jävla undanflykter för att inte behöva stå för hur jävla sämst de är. Åk inte med Skånetrafiken. - Om någon buss eller något tåg blir försenat så måste man själv fylla in ansökan om ersättning. Detta borde ske automatiskt och man borde kunna få en HEL återbetalning. Inte någon jävla voucher för att spendera hos kuktrafiken Skåne. - Översättningen till engelska är rent utav "broken". De kan inte ens låta en AI översätta deras sketna meddelanden till korrekt engelska. Hatar dem. De ska dö. ### 1/5 — Fails at the start *2024-05-05, version 1.61.0* Requires registering mobile number with the phone. I’m using an eSIM here, so trying to register a non-data number from other countries and none of them are working receiving the 4 number code. There should be other ways to login or register that doesn’t require an EU number. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience of the app and skanetrafiken *2024-04-30, version 1.61.0* The additional route information was not translated, so I needed to screenshot and translate it into my native language to understand a word. I couldn’t understand that there was a taxi service to be ordered two hours before and lost nearly one day. Further, the driver took another passenger without checking the name. Sweden's infrastructure is horrible ### 4/5 — Very good navigator and ticket app *2023-12-09, version 1.58.0* Top notch navigator and ticket app. What’s missing? A function where you can share tickets if you travel in groups. Now just the person who purchases the ticket has access to it. Now I cannot buy a ticket. Apple Pay just gets stuck and I cannot add a card. My Swedish husband has contacted the IT Dept and have not been able to help. This means that I have to get to the station earlier in order to buy a ticket. I can’t even buy a ticket in advance at the station because it is time limited when bought. So this app is the only option BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. It’s easy to put in the stops I plan to visit and have the app calculate the cheapest ticket to cover my plans. I just got back from visiting the area with a friend and it was so easy to book multi-person tickets and save money. It’ll be great when Apple Pay is implemented. At present my bank requires me to input a code each time I buy a ticket, which gets a bit tiresome.
