Overall simple and nice app! ### 1/5 — Card is not free! False advertising & bad customer service *2020-08-21, version 4.30.35* Card is advertised as free, however the card is charged €10 per annum. Also in Cards Fees page it is advised that the card is charged €10 for second year onwards. In fact that is also wrong as customers will be charged €10 for first year if the spent is less than €2400. After failing to escalate the complaint and chasing, the customer service response was more than inadequate when all these problems were raised. They effectively said "whatever you see on the app/website has been approved by Cyprus Central Bank so it must be correct and they are not responsible for any confusion.
