Coach Dan has fundamentally changed how I train for skateboarding. He has also helped me rehab from imbalances I've delevoped over the years from skating. The workouts he offers are fantastic and my body has never felt better! If you're in your mid 30's and are hoping to skate for as long as you can, invest in this program!
