I tried to call Sketchers, like I was asked by UPS, nope just rudeness, from both employees. Where’s my package ? Who knows! I know now that SKETCHERS AND AFTERPAY do not care!!! That’s what I have found out! How uncaring Sketchers is! And as far as getting into the app, Sketchers has let me know that my password and username are not correct. I’m removing the app and not using it. ### 1/5 — Beware of holds on accounts for long durations and no help *2025-04-01* So twice I ordered on the app and charged twice for one transaction I was charged both times you’ll go to place your order and it will charge your bank a pending transaction but not create your order tells you to contact customer service which is a real joy. So then they will tell you need to resubmit it that charges you again.
