It would make more sense to not have an app than to have an app that is so slow, clunky and useless. For a software aimed at digital and social marketers, you’d think they’d create a successful app that would allow marketers to be able to work on the go whilst not having to be attached to a computer - wrong. Throw this app in the bin. ### 1/5 — Can’t CANCEL *2024-02-27, version 2023.12.1* I signed up for the free trial and I never had time to use it. after discovering I was being charged $89/month I immediately tried to cancel. That was 3 weeks and ANOTHER $89 charge and now the app wont even send my chat request. THERE IS NO PAUSE BUTTON as promised. You can’t just cancel because it routes you to a chat and they run you around until you get frustrated. Im going to have to change my credit card number. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!! ### 5/5 — Great scheduling tool *2023-08-16* Sked makes my life so much easier 🙏🙏 ### 2/5 — Not stable *2022-07-04, version 2022.3.1* My work has made the switch to Sked, and I must say the app is very very unreliable! I can’t even upload a 15 second reel without the post failing. Not. Good. Enough. ### 1/5 — Rarely worked for me *2022-06-15, version 2022.2.1* The app barely worked for me. The desktop version was ok, but my posts would often get rejected. I worked with Sked to troubleshoot, but the problem would happen too often. I asked for a prorated refund 4 times throughout the year, but they said their policy was not to refund. I was willing to pay for the months I “tried” to use it. So since they wouldn’t refund me, I kept trying. I finally canceled my account 2 months before the renewal date and went with another scheduling program. I paid about $250 upfront for the year. Sad to waste the money on something that barely worked for me. ### 1/5 — Lot of promises; little delivery *2022-04-11, version 2022.2* “We’ll post your carousels for you” “Well post feed photos for you” “Edit stories right in the app” None of these things work. In the first two weeks I’ve had a carousel go out that was cropped and zoomed and unreadable; a post that was delayed from schedule by an hour; and if I try to edit stories for posting in the app the photo editor says “loading” and doesn’t ever let me edit the photo And for $25 a month or whatever. Horribly unprofessional for that money ### 1/5 — Limited features on the app compared to website *2021-08-16, version 2021.13* I signed up with SKED after using their amazing website- the UI is great, easy to use, great features and amazing customer support. But the app is very poor. The UI looks out dated, there is no option to add saved hashtag categories which is a huge important function for mobile, which means if I need to schedule my posts I need use a computer. When edit is clicked on image to be posted as a story in the app, a new editor window shows and it keeps saying loading forever. I tried in 2 different phones and thee same.
