Skedda is the world's leading space-scheduling platform used by offices, facilities and venues of all types. Skedda is all about booking "spaces": desks, rooms, studios, labs, courts, fields and more. Skedda's mobile app is designed for both end users as well as the owner and admins of Skedda venue accounts. Using the fully-featured app, you can seamlessly create and manage bookings when you're on the move! For end users, Skedda's killer features include single sign-on, interactive floor plans and maps, multiple calendar views and a best-in-class, frictionless booking process. For admins and owners, there's a whole lot more, including analytics, user-management and comprehensive policy-management to control how bookings can be taken (e.g. booking conditions, quotas, booking windows, custom fields, check-in). To use the Skedda mobile app, you need to have a Skedda user account. Skedda then refused to refund me the charge. ### 2/5 — Everything is gray!! *2026-04-19, version 1.7.0* The new update changed wiped all the color from the app and now everything is gray. This makes it hard to find my own booking easily. My name gets lost in all the grays of other students’ bookings. So inconvenient. And dull looking! Please switch it back!! ### 1/5 — I hate this app so much *2026-01-04, version 1.7.0* I like the Skedda system on a browser. Works well. The app, however, is a nightmare. It doesn’t keep your login info, it doesn’t allow for auto populate, and you can’t use the browser login if you have the app. So you always add steps of hunting down login info and entering it in. Even if you select save info. There are times I don’t book studio time because I’m dreading using this app. Fix it Skedda! Where are your PMs? Please fix. ### 2/5 — Another release, the same problems remain *2025-04-22, version 1.4.1* In this latest release, it remains impossible to rotate the display to landscape view and impossible to set the display to month-at-a-glance. So, once again, the dedicated application will go back into hiding and VNC will facilitate the required features. In a highly competitive reservation situation like we use for our tennis courts it’s useless.
