Got some message in response to inquiry regarding an ongoing upgrade about 6 months ago. Still nothing. It's been almost two years that they have been working on an iPhone update. Don't waste your time! Do NOT BUY this app, please read: I was a loyal Skeddy subscriber for almost three years and absolutely loved the service, however that has all changed. The service has been down for months and there is no telling if it will ever come back online. Customer support is non existent, I still have money on my account that I can't use. It won't connect and if it does there are zero rides shown. Years ago at work great but now when you go through all the steps, then it has an error at the end so to me that looks like it’s still not working. I emailed support and they were no help and just replied to me that they're working on it. I still have money loaded to my Skeddy account and I can't use the app or get my money back. ### 1/5 — Started great but Doesn’t work and took my $20. *2025-01-28, version 2.0.3.1* The $10 free credit trial period worked great. Once I paid $20 for credits, never worked since then. Over a year ago. ### 1/5 — App Abandoned, Customers Forgotten…. *2024-12-22, version 2.0.3.1* This app used to be one of a kind, making scheduling Lyft rides incredibly easy. Then, without warning, it suddenly stopped working. The developers claimed they were revamping the app, with the Android version coming first, followed by iOS—but that never happened. Since then, the developers have gone silent, leaving loyal customers, many of whom still have unused credits, completely in the dark. It feels like they abandoned the project, leaving users in limbo. It’s disappointing that something so useful couldn’t last, but what’s worse is the lack of communication or any effort to refund customers who purchased credits they never got to use. However, despite having credits, I don’t get any rides at all. I cast the widest net possible with the lowest ride earning threshold and get no rides despite seeing them on the map. Had to email support but they did delete my account then restore the credits I previously purchased. ### 5/5 — Veteran Ride share Driver & Entrepreneur *2023-04-26* I’ve been a ride-share driver for 5 years and had been in the start-up & tech world in SF for over 20. I thought I had figured out every trick of the trade when it came to ride-share . I had not. Skeddy is a game changer for me. The developers of this app have taken Lyft, who at this point was all but useless to me, and transformed them into my most profitable gig work. I have been offered as many as 20 rides by skeddy, that in no way could have happened without them, and only had the time to to complete a few. The last one was this morning. The ride gave me gross dollars of $108 plus tip, my effective rate from 7:30a-9:00a was $75 per hour. The kind of money I used to earn back in the “good-‘ol’-days”. I have another scheduled tonight and I would be surprised if I didn’t gross about the same $ amount over the 2 hour period. I do have some thoughts, ideas and questions and would like to speak with developers about a few topics. Feel free to reach out any time. Thanks guys!
