It’s hit and miss whether the app will work. When it does, it’s great. Installed on my son’s phone doesn’t work. Going to find a new chiro ### 1/5 — 😂😡. Beware *2022-08-24, version 4.0.45* 1. The instructions are not simple. Nor is the app. 2. The app demands I use my Apple ID, my FB ID, Google ID, etc. It did not allow me to set up my own password like the instructions stated. 3. This app is redundant to what the calendar on my phone already does. Apple calendar keeps me from booking appointments too close, double booking, etc. The Apple calender gives me alerts so I don’t miss the appointment. My doctors’ phone message and website already give me office hours. 4. SKED is not timely when you need help. 5. When I got fed up and deleted my information, ONLY then does it say it is required to keep information for 7 years. 6. SKED never mentions any security measures for its app. That means they are maintaining my Apple ID password and credit card information for 7 years. 7 years of vulnerability. 😱😡 In this age of recent hackers, this is a concern. 7. This means I now have to change my Apple ID password and everywhere it’s used. I also am going to have to request a new credit card, be inconvenienced waiting for a new one, reset up all my auto pays, etc. Because this Redundant SKED app is more interested in our account information than safety. 😡 8. This app is not necessary. It is not simple to use. It’s just making them $$$ and giving them access to track us and sell information. 9. I should not have to make myself vulnerable to get an appointment and pay for medical care. I know it stores my credit card information as the doctor’s office said I’d never have to show my credit card again on visits. BBA, MBA, JD. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-01-06, version 4.0.40* Keep uninstalling and re-downloading but still getting an error that there’s any issue updating the app. How could the error be updating when I’m installing from scratch. ### 1/5 — Won’t keep you logged in *2021-10-21, version 4.0.39* This App makes me re-login almost every time I open it! Honestly I think all but one or two times did I try to use it at the office and it actually have me still logged in. What a joke. Faster to call in and make an appointment ### 1/5 — Privacy issue *2021-08-12, version 4.0.39* The app will group family members together and allow other members to see and edit your personal appointment that they have no right to see. The app should ask you if you want to be grouped not just automatically add in everyone. My family is not on my insurance plan and they do not pay for my health care. They should legally not have access to my appointments or see them unless I specifically tell them. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2021-04-08, version 4.0.36* Randomly started crashing and won’t load ### 1/5 — Unable to open *2021-04-06, version 4.0.36* Continuously crashes on opening ### 1/5 — Basically useless for me *2020-07-07* I finally figured out how to merge my appointment calendar with my iPhone - not an easy feat, but is doable. But it never stays synced or you have to sync it every time there is a change...so I am not sure how that is better then just having a normal appointment schedule in your calendar. Plus there are no notifications that I can find that remind you that you have an appointment- granted that is why you sync it to the calendar, but again - if it does stay synced, what good does it do. So you miss appointments...yay, wasted money. Oh and let’s not forget the “you can contact” your place from the app - yep, nope. No way to contact them. So basically it is just a useless barcode that I should just print out and keep in my wallet . ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2020-07-01* UPDATED REVIEW: The app developer told me to contact them and they’d help me so I tried through the app where it says “trouble logging in?” I went through the steps and then couldn’t even submit my email/help request because I’d click submit and nothing would happen! Out of all the many times I’ve tried to login to this app to see my chiropractor appointments, it’s worked maybe 3-4 times. 9 times out of 10, it takes me to the login screen, I try to login and then it just returns me back to the login screen. But somehow I still get appointment reminder notifications?
