### 3/5 — Love the website, but the app…

*2023-07-30, version 3.3.138*

The concept and execution of Skedpal is amazing. The reason I give this 3 stars is because the app itself lacks many important features. Almost all of the settings have to be changed on a computer. Adding sub-tasks is either nonexistent or hidden somewhere where i can’t find it. The UI on the website is clean and intuitive, but on here it feels cheaply made.

### 4/5 — Fantastic but there’s a learning curve

*2019-03-13, version 2.6.8*

I love the idea of this app, and it’s just what my ADHD brain needs. It is pretty complicated and has a lot of different functions, however, and I hope they’ll develop more training material for understanding it. What they have is thorough and extensive, but I find it overwhelming. I would like a clear progression of text and/or videos: SkedPal 101 with just the basics, then more that walks you through different elements of it. Either that or an online course, which I’d pay for. I know curriculum development is expensive. But I like this app because it can help me with my short-term memory problems and my general overwhelm, and these same problems make it challenging to learn the app.

### 4/5 — Great, but not compact enough

*2019-02-06, version 2.6.8*

This app is amazing, especially when paired with calendar and the desktop version, but it needs a more compact and organized view. The current view shows each task as a large rectangle, when I'd like to see something akin to standard reminder app lists, such as 2Do, Reminders, etc... where each task is only a single line, and is only extended if there is extra information or if the user sets an option to make all tasks appear larger.

### 3/5 — Bugs

*2018-08-19, version 2.6.1*

I do like skedpal and what it’s trying to achieve. However, there are some bugs that just make life hard when u can’t access ur computer.
The bugs are:
1. Can’t move the sequential order of tasks in a project’s task list
2. Dosnt delete tasks when you try to on a task list.

Also for the iPhone, adding in a ‘swipe left to complete’ and ‘swipe right to delete’ is a must for a to do app to feel modern.

However apart from these, I think the app is a great companion app for the great software skedpal is.

### 5/5 — The best scheduler ever

*2018-01-06, version 2.4.1*

I’ve used many calendar and to do apps to help manage my schedule and the only one that has actually worked (and worked extremely well) is SkedPal.

This app will change your live for the better!

### 5/5 — The pc client is great

*2016-09-07, version 1.0*

Thanks for the wonderful software

### 5/5 — Very solid time management tool

*2016-04-10, version 1.0*

I am very positively surprised by how good Skedpal is, even though it is only in beta mode.

I am a believer that true time management should be about planning every minute of your day (or most of it) and adjust it on the fly, but there are not many (or even any) time management tools that provide such flexibilities. Timeful (which was later acquired by Google) was the first to game, but Skedpal blows it away.

I am most impressed that if I tell I need, say, 4 hours to complete a task, Skedpal can intelligently slice the 4 hours into smaller chunks (e.g. 1.5+0.5+2 hours) and fit in my calendar, rather than just dumbly trying to find a 4-hour chunk in my schedule.

I am also impressed that Skedpal is intelligently grouping my "small tasks" together, so I can quickly finish multiple "small taks" in one half-hour chunk.

This iPhone app, although just a companion to the full PC/Mac software, does provide almost complete functionality. I mostly manage my time on iPhone, and I have found that as long as I set up the Time Maps on PC or Mac, Skedpal can reliably adjust my daily schedule on the go.

I cannot say enough good words about this app. I am just a few days into it but it's already helping me a lot. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Great concept

*2016-03-21, version 1.0*

Still learning my way around this software but I love the concept

I get that it is in beta so there are bound to be bugs. The iOS app kicks me out of my google account constantly where as the app works perfectly with an email only account. You might want to have a look at that in the subsequent updates.

Keep it coming! And don't sell your company too Google or something. They are monopolising everything, look what's happened to timeful inc ... Cheers

### 1/5 — Laborious Set Up 🤬

*2025-07-11, version 3.4.276*

Don’t waste your time like I did. This app and it’s NLP trash are not helpful. I couldn’t even get through the setup before I aborted this app. At the moment I’m trying to reach support to see how I can delete my personal information from their servers and EVEN that is difficult!! OY!

Also like virtually every other app, it demands I listen to a video. This drives me nuts. I would much rather read directions with photos because I can read faster than someone can read to me from a script.

### 1/5 — Very difficult to operate

*2025-04-06, version 3.4.261*

Even with tutorials, app is way too user unfriendly. The amount of time I wasted to try to build a schedule would have been completed faster if I had just implemented it myself.

### 1/5 — Warning!

*2019-02-02, version 2.6.8*

If you travel there are some features you can’t access when on a plane. You can’t add tasks or really add anything. I just wasted an hour with this darn app.

### 1/5 — Confirmed with email support: App doesn't work

*2017-01-19, version 1.0*

Love the desktop app, but signing in on mobile does nothing, forcing you to go back to the login. Confirmed with email support that the app is not compatible with their current desktop version and they have no timetable to fix it. So... why is the app still up? Why doesn't it tell you within the app?

### 2/5 — Works, but wish there was a kanban board

*2025-10-01, version 3.4.286*

I really want to be able to drag and drop tasks and rearrange priority with the kanban view only available on the web app. It’s the feature that keeps me on desktop. Also, a widget to add tasks would be great. But SkedPal is fantastic, best way to organize my life

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2024-09-14, version 3.4.228*

Tried this out today and couldn’t even get through the tutorials. Went through the motions, but just couldn’t get it to work (I work in software testing so am used to trialling apps).

Example: created task Gym 2h Today. When I clicked on ‘Update Calendar’ the app put in two separate time blocks for the task, one time block for 1h and the other for 15mins… for tomorrow. I tried this multiple times for different times and different tasks with different deadlines. It just doesn’t work. It doesn’t do what is asked of it.

The concept is amazing but the execution just isn’t there. I hope the dev team can work this out because it’d be amazing if the app actually worked!

### 2/5 — Solid idea crappy execution

*2021-12-02, version 2.8.4*

Not user friendly at all.
No decent instructions or tutorials.
Chaotic.

### 3/5 — Potentially powerful but huge learning curve

*2024-03-27, version 3.3.138*

Pluses: good rescheduling; tasks in outline form works well with my brain; potentially very powerful; tweaks in colors of tasks and events is helpful; solid calendar integration. Minuses: not very intuitive, steep learning curve (I gave up several hours in and after 10+ videos); had issues with seeing notifications on iOS and Web apps; iOS app does not match the Web app and hasn’t been updated for over a year; natural language processing is far from complete vs similar apps; expensive.

### 5/5 — Best Productivity App!

*2025-04-29, version 3.4.261*

I’ve been using this app for years. I am pretty all over the place, so there have been moments/months in my life when I haven’t touched it at all. But since 2017, I’ve been looking for an app that does everything that this app does & I keep trying other ones, but find myself back here again! It does have a learning curve, but if you want to take advantage of the tools, you gotta learn how to use them! I have also bothered support many many times with questions & best ways to use the app how I need & they have always been so responsive and wonderful. They want the app to succeed as much as you want it to work for you! Happy to be back again. Took me all of 20 min to set up my recurring tasks, daily routines, etc. There’s honestly nothing else on the market like this app, I’m still surprised it hasn’t blown up more.

### 5/5 — The best ever!

*2024-11-22, version 3.4.236*

Genuinely love this todo app, it is obviously mainly a computer browser app, but it’s just so full of features and deserves way more credit than it seems to get! It’s a bit of a learning curve and I didn’t get it at first, but now I understand it I don’t think I could ever leave it!

### 5/5 — In Law School w/ AuDHD

*2024-08-22, version 3.4.206*

This app is a 💯 game changer. I will never not recommend this app. I STRUGGLE with organization. My life and job are dynamic and a Calendar AI is amazing. I am learning about Asana, and I think that integration will be great.

Only thing, I wish there was an Apple Watch app. I got my first Apple Watch a couple weeks ago with the purpose of staying organized. In SkedPal I have not figured out how to get alerts 15 minutes before the next event. It has to exist somewhere. If I could have SkedPal on my watch with notifications I would be golden.

### 5/5 — Best productivity tool on the market

*2022-11-16, version 3.3.136*

SkedPal 3 is my secret weapon for getting things done by their due date but, more importantly, for prioritising time to chip away at long-term projects that don’t have an immediate due date.

I’ve used SkedPal for several years now and hands-down this is the best software for professionals whose role involves a mix a short term and long term goals.

I can fully trust SP to plan my day for me and I know I won’t miss a deadline while working towards the completion of big projects.

### 5/5 — I use it daily!!!😁

*2020-04-08, version 2.8.4*

What an excellent app!!! I use it to organise myself for a whole week!! I absolutely love it!! 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

### 5/5 — Best to do / task list app by far - works like magic :)

*2019-05-25, version 2.7.8*

I’ve tried using all the popular todo list apps, from todoist to things to OmniFocus and the biggest challenge was always how to fit in tasks with calendar appointments.

SkedPal works like magic (ok it uses a smart algorithm) to schedule the tasks around your calendar appointments. You can even say what kind of work you like to do at what time if day, according to Daniel Pink’s book “When” this can have a huge impact on how successful you are. I agree.

The integration with Evernote, google calendar and O365 calendar is simple and solid to use. The new iOS scheduling wizard adds even more simplicity to managing the task we need to reschedule - hey no one’s perfect.

SkedPal is the GPS towards my goals. If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out. Love the product. Keep it up Seth and team.

### 5/5 — Fantastic tool for prioritizing your time

*2019-05-20, version 2.7.6*

I’ve been using SkedPal for a few years now, and the computer program was just what I was looking for—a way to say what I want to do for projects and regularly occurring tasks and then be told how much I need to work on them to get the tasks done. Or, when I’ve been overachieving and can’t get everything done. This companion app doesn’t have a lot of the functionality of the computer software, but provides my daily agenda at a glance so I know what to work on, and permits rescheduling on the go. The new scheduling tool is awesome, and gives me a greater say in how to prioritize when everything doesn’t fit in my schedule.

One thing I would like to see is the ability to do partial completes from the agenda when only some of a task is scheduled for the day.

### 5/5 — Buggy sometimes, but is always improving

*2019-03-21, version 2.7.2*

This software has really helped with my planning ability. The new planning guide on beta looks really good and is quite effective.
The modern life needs a task scheduler and doing it manually by hand or with outlook is very time intensive. This software has some missing features like partial completion on the iOS app and adding notes to specific instances of recurring tasks but the ecosystem is sound.
Would definitely recommend. Hopefully the price doesn’t go up as it gets better.

### 5/5 — Love this App

*2019-03-20, version 2.7.2*

I tend to use the desktop app as much or more than mobile but am very happy with both. This app is worth every penny in my opinion

### 5/5 — An Essential Task Manager for Busy People

*2018-01-07, version 2.4.1*

I don’t know how I got anything done before Skedpal! I love entering time estimate for tasks and choosing a focus list. I know what I need to work on today. If my schedule changes, I just update the schedule and I’m no longer behind. I like this so much better than Timeful, which I also used.
