Why does the app keep freeIng every time i try to complete a job? Re installed app and problem still happening. Edit months later and updates new iPhone 17pro max and app still freezes trying to complete a job what a joke of app don’t know why our company uses it

I like the app but for goodness sake, why are you asking me if I’ve started my shift 10 minutes before it begins, by notifications? It irritates the living daylights outta me. No, I don’t start 10 minutes early, I don’t think many people do. That part is absolutely useless! Better to ask if I started AT the start of the shift, then 10 minutes after in case I forgot to sign in.
Also, it would be really useful if there was a section showing what shifts we’ve claimed but hasn’t had a response yet. Next to the Open, Successful & Expired tabs. Some shifts are in different locations but with similar hours and overlapping times. I have no idea what I’ve already claimed. The rostering team for my organisation doesn’t accept or decline the claimed shifts quickly. Is that something you can consider adding please?

Always shows custom form error with a cross when trying to access case note - note entry. Doesn’t seem to be a solution to it. Very frustrating. Seems to reconcile sporadically, so have to go back in when not working to catch up on shift notes.
