I have asked before to change the Complete Job to Amber or Red. This minor alteration should be so simple and everybody that i know in my work place agrees. If you need reading glasses and you don’t have them on you could still recognize the color rather than the word. I cannot even log in to the app after multiple failed attempts on my phone and laptop. I’m not sure where they pull out their traffic data but is definitely out of sync and unrealistic. On the app it tells me 30mins to get to the client but upon opening the route on Google or Waze it would take an hour or more. I think the logistics data on this app thinks that my car levitates or I should beat all the red lights. Lol ### 1/5 — Won’t update info *2025-01-14* I have to delete and reinstall EVERY DAY so that case notes & client details update. Should have different colours for in progress en route ect! ### 1/5 — Almost unusable app *2024-08-04* The app is so glitchy - support notes take ages to load, so you spend more time waiting than actually writing notes, and then half the time, the app crashes before you can save your notes, and you have to start again. Other features take a long time to load as well, and are not intuitive. Overall, so painful to use and so dysfunctional that my work would honestly be better off not having a scheduling app all together. ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2024-07-26* Need to download for work and I can’t even get past the login page…. I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times now. It gets stuck on the “preparing your profile” or whatever after trying to login. If I leave the screen it then just looks like I started it up and it’s just a blue screen. I have to delete and redownload just to attempt to relogin or else it won’t go to anything except that blue screen with “Skedulo” written across it. Literally, can’t back out to try and log in again without deleting and reinstalling. But it’s an endless cycle of trying and failing. So I can’t review an app that I can’t even try out. ### 1/5 — Orwell *2024-03-11* Basically a tracking device. ### 1/5 — Pretty buggy *2024-01-19* Many many bugs, you can spend half an hour writing shift notes for them not to save. To change your times of when you commenced your shift, you do this on a click wheel, this is unbelievably time consuming and frustrating. Please for the love of god make it so we can type our times in!!! This app did not stop I deleted it and got it again just for it to continue spamming me ### 1/5 — If you’re thinking about using this app for your company just don’t *2023-12-11* ALL of the American Red Cross is using this app and it has caused more problems than it was supposed to solve. Down with Skedulo!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-11-18* My organisation got rid of Riteq and gave us Skedulo instead. It’s so hard to read on your phone. It doesn’t link with my outlook calendar It seems there’s no desk top version either. I have used Ento with another organisation and it’s hands down 100 times better than the Skedulo piece of junk. Ento is easy to read on your phone. You can see rosters. You can link to outlook calendar. You can use on a desk top .. handy if you need to put in a lot of annual leave. You can view timsheets and vacant shifts. Skedulo offers none of this.
