NEW • Auto-ALT-text written on your device. Add a photo and Skeets drafts the image description text for you; edit it, write it again, or change its language. Needs iOS 27 and a device with Apple Intelligence. Off switch under Settings → Composer. • Post as any of your accounts — pick the account right in the composer, without switching first. • Recent searches are remembered, and sync across your devices. • Notifications now come from our own service: quicker to arrive, better grouped, and you can decide per category whether it covers everyone or only people you follow. Subscription alerts now sit in the main list instead of their own tab. • Links to mu.social open in Skeets instead of the browser. • Posts shared from other apps finish sending even if iOS closes the share sheet early. FIXED • Auto-Thread: the Post button stayed greyed out on long posts. • Search did nothing at all on Top, Latest and Users. • Push notification settings quietly reverted instead of saving. • Muted accounts were still shown in full when someone quote-posted them. • Skeets Pro would not restore until the app was relaunched — and the Pro screen had no Restore button at all. • Posts with a link preview often failed to send when the preview image was large. • Some people were stuck in a "session expired" loop after updating and could not sign back in. • Switching accounts could briefly show the previous account's notifications. • Faster cold start. CHANGED • Haptic feedback is now off unless you ask for it — Settings → Composer. • Shortened handles and swipe-to-like now start switched off.
