I reset my password via safari and it says login failed on the app. I can’t get my money back. 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

I bought 3 tickets and after paying almost 60$ it wouldn't give a confirmation email so I couldn’t get my tickets and after trying to log back in it said I never had an account with them and they have not replied to any email
