After uploading a photo of her drawing, finding out we had to pay for credits, $9.99, then we’ve been waiting over an hour for the animation to load. Disappointing, and nothing that your regular AI software can’t already do for free. Also why make us watch so many trailers? After a drawing is uploaded, they give an option that states “Generate a 3D model to download or ship it right to your door!”. The kids were so excited for this, so I paid money to have the 3d models created and shipped. HOWEVER, after the 3d models are created, there are no options to have them physically sent to you.
