## What is Sketch Effect Video?

It is an app that can convert videos and photos into painting-like.

Various effects are created by changing pixel roughness, gradation, brightness, and number of colors.

You can also cut out any single frame from the video.
Of course, you can also use album photos and photos taken with your device's camera.

Please use it as a reference when drawing watercolors, oil paintings, pop art works, etc.
