I downloaded this app as part of a bundle. I keep getting a prompt saying my information does not work because it is not in the correct format. The App Support doesn’t work. Scam likely, don’t download.

I can’t create an account to even get to draw or anything. I used my iPhone 11, iOS 13.1.2. I also tried my iPad Air 2, iOS 13.1.2.1, same message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I thought I used it before with a different iOS and tried what I thought was my password but got the same message. So I tried forgot my password and received no email. It doesn’t work now. I paid for this app! Can I get my money back?

Was more than a little disappointed as you can imagine, paid for the app and created an account. Tried to create a file for some drawings, nothing. Not only could I not Create a file but also nothing worked. Think carefully before trying this application iPad friends! Very poor.
