The app crashes when I open to start a project. ### 1/5 — Apple needs to intervene *2018-06-04, version 2.3.0* When a developer doesn’t touch their app for months on end, and it no longer works, Apple needs to lock it to prevent sales until issues are addressed. This app doesn’t work. PERIOD! If the developer doesn’t care, no longer developing the app, or moved on to other things, Apple needs to have a way to prevent them from keeping their app in the store. If it’s broke, fix it or remove it. I keep getting a prompt saying my information does not work because it is not in the correct format. The App Support doesn’t work. I also tried my iPad Air 2, iOS 13.1.2.1, same message “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I thought I used it before with a different iOS and tried what I thought was my password but got the same message. So I tried forgot my password and received no email. It doesn’t work now. I paid for this app! I'm kind of surprised so many of the reviews are negative because this app is a real joy, and it doesn't take much to understand how it works. Drawing is smooth and saves to all my devices quickly. Plus the app is updated often, which is a real plus these days. (A lot of apps I used to love have been abandoned by the developers).
