## What is skewer fruit?

Skewer - One swipe. One skewer. Infinite combos.

Aim with a swipe, launch a skewer, and catch as much falling fruit as you can in a single throw. Chain together bigger combos, unlock powerful buffs, and prove you have the sharpest aim in Skewer.

STORY MODE
Follow "The Last Skewer" - a bittersweet tale of one hero's journey to defeat four corrupted Fruit Kings and reclaim what he lost. Clear handcrafted stages, each with its own twist: skewer a set number of a single fruit, land triple combos in limited throws, and more.

BOSS BATTLES
Face off against the Watermelon King, Peach King, Melon King, and Apple King in dramatic HP-bar showdowns - block their shields, hit their weak points, and bring them down.

ENDLESS MODE
Once the story ends, the real challenge begins. Stack up 3+ fruit combos to climb the global leaderboard and see how you rank against players worldwide.

LEVEL UP & UNLOCK BUFFS
Play to level up and power up your Ultimate skill, then chase Triple Shot, Rapid Fire, Chain Shot, and Homing Shot buffs to fire smarter, not just harder.

New Features
- Added in-game tutorial hints for Endless mode: "Swipe up to throw!" and "Skewer 3+ fruits at once!" are shown the first time you play
- New Endless mode mechanic: after 2 minutes, hitting a watermelon has a 60% chance of splitting it into two halves, each of which must be skewered separately

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue on iOS where swiping from the screen edge could accidentally exit a round in progress
- Fixed a bug where screen shake could spike to extreme offsets during frame hitches (e.g. combo chain reactions)
- Fixed an issue where tapping an ad button before the ad finished loading showed an error — it now shows a loading spinner and stays disabled instead
- Removed a crash risk caused by rewarded ad callbacks firing after the screen had already been disposed

Performance
- Reduced GC pressure by avoiding per-frame allocation of new Paint objects during high-combo play

- Updated app icon
- Fixed text/buttons appearing too small on iPad by scaling the UI to screen size
