## What is 雙膝掌門人(SKH)?

「雙膝掌門人」是「賽馬會『無痛E世代』長者膝痛管理計劃」中推出的一個應用程式。計劃獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款捐助，在2019年4月至2022年3月期間，由醫生、護士、物理治療師、社工等組成跨專業團隊，為合資格的60歲或以上長期膝痛人士，按他們膝痛的嚴重程度，提供為期6個月的專業服務，包括：定期運動班組、物理治療或運動小組、膝痛預防講座及諮詢、跨專業團隊評估等。其中，通過趣味性的應用程式為參加者設計運動處方，定期監測長者運動成效，協助他們建立積極的運動習慣，是計劃其中一個重要目標，而「雙膝掌門人」正是團隊為完成這項目標而研發的心血結晶。這款應用程式將專業治療、運動及娛樂於一身，遊戲使用人工智能技術，可實時偵察老友記的動作，令角色擺出同樣姿勢。目標是透過科技解決現行長者家居運動的不足之處，助他們能更有效管理痛症。
