Has this app been properly tested? ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2024-01-04, version 2023.11.25* So much wrong with this poor excuse for an app. Only lead member can see discount or snow reports from reps, making family membership useless unless you are the lead member. Most of the app is just a link to the equally hopeless website. Logging into the app doesn’t log you into the club website that the app redirects you to. Focus seems to have been on providing the ability to purchase a lift pass from a few partner resorts as opposed to any real functionality for members such as snow reports, discounts or rep contacts. If this was minimum viable product, it certainly is minimum but definitely not viable or a good product. ### 1/5 — What’s the point? Waste of time and money! *2023-12-05, version 2023.11.25* What exactly is the point of this app? Spent time logging in and setting up but it’s clunky and has practically zero functionality. It also interfaces badly with the ski club website. For example, you can’t view resorts on the app - it takes you to the website where you “favourite” a resort but it then doesn’t transfer this back to the Your Resorts section of the app. Also seems to want credit card details. Probably the most useful feature was the ability to go directly to the slopes without the hassle of purchasing a ski pass. For that alone I give it full marks. Not used the ski hire section but will do on my next trip. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2023-12-05, version 2023.11.25* I had my login sorted before the app arrived and had no problems using it. Latest update - asking to accept the terms and conditions has broken the app and authentication doesn’t work.
