## What is Skibly?

Skibly is a local, mobile-first platform where you can exchange skills, collaborate on real-world projects and grow with people around you.

Instead of passively consuming content, Skibly helps you turn your time into real value. Ask for help, offer your skills, and document your progress as you build projects and gain experience.

Earn time credits by helping others and use them to get support in return. It is a simple, fair system for collaboration and learning.

Whether you want to build your portfolio, explore new interests, or connect with like-minded people in your city, Skibly gives you the tools to grow together.

Learn. Build. Connect.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.0 — 2026-10-07

New in this version:

- A new notification centre: tap the bell on your feed to see likes, comments, replies, session updates and time you've received — including anything you missed while your phone was off.
- Tapping a notification now takes you straight to the post, step or session it's about.
- Share any post with a link. Anyone can open it, even without the app — and if they have Skibly, it opens right in the app.
- Invite friends with your personal code, and you both earn time when they join.
- Earn more time by completing tasks — find them on the new Earn time card in the Bank tab.
- Add and edit the steps of a project one at a time, and swipe through them on a post.
- Declining a session offer now takes one tap, and you can now cancel an offer you sent.
- Smaller design polish and bug fixes throughout the app.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-09-09

New in this version:

A guided intro now welcomes you to Skibly and shows you around — replay it any
time from Settings.
Project posts have a fresh look: browse a project one step at a time, with
photos and a clear count of how many steps there are.
Notifications no longer arrive twice, and tapping a message notification takes
you straight to the right chat.
Scheduling a session is tidier — dates are easier to read and no longer wrap
awkwardly.
Smaller design polish and bug fixes throughout the app.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-08-22

A maintenance release: small post and process improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.5 — 2026-07-23

Transfer time to a fellow peer and plan sessions with ease. The app is faster and controls are smoother with fewer bugs.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-05-17

Bug fixes and quality improvements
