They assure me the account is now canceled. But please, I’ve been trying to cancel since 2024! I have photos of these attempts and I’ve emailed them. No response. I want a refund of at minimum $29.99, even better x3! The games were fun for a short season but my children aged out and I deleted. I’ve contacted support to cancel the account but was still charged. Contacted again via email- no answer. Submitted a ticket through the help portal listed on the receipt- no answer. Can’t log in to change anything about the account because “system couldn’t access my account” But I’m still charged!
