Really appreciate these thoughtful features. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Refund scam! *2026-08-12* They cancel the event after we patiently waited for 8months,they’d already rescheduled the event and after waiting for so long they don’t even have the decency and professionalism to initiate the refund in time. I’ve been following up since the day of announcement but they have cunningly blocked the refund button in the app itself and have to constantly email them with no resolution till now. If you don’t provide my refund ASAP I am really not leaving you guys and taking you to ‘National Consumer helpline’ **Developer response:** We understand your concern regarding the delayed refund. Please note that all refund is already in the initiation phase and is being processed accordingly. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps. ### 1/5 — No Support & Basic App *2026-07-29* I purchased tickets on the app and had made an error. I tried reaching out via the support section and all you get is a bot with limited functionality of downloading the invoice or choosing the location of the event. I found an email off google for a support page which turned out as useless as the bot. Got a reply saying use the contact us section on the app, which is the same limited functionality bot. **Developer response:** We’re sorry you had this experience. Our support flow did not give you a clear way to resolve a ticket-related error, and that is not acceptable. Please share your booking ID and registered mobile number with us at support@skillboxes.com, and our team will review the issue personally and assist you as quickly as possible. ### 1/5 — Improper information in terms and conditions *2026-06-09* Purchased two tickets for a show, read the terms and conditions and no where was it stated an age requirement only to bring a valid ID. Was denied entry to the venue due to one member in my party being underage, was told I would be issued a refund through Skill Box still not received anything even after contacting them. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you were informed at the venue that a refund would be issued, please share your booking ID and registered email with support@skillboxes.com. Our team will review the request and update you at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Shady company, shady practices *2026-05-20* No customer support nothing. They mentioned a certain cover charge but charged alot higher later and took no accountability or ownership at the gate. Not the first time they did this. On top of that where every other ticketing platform mentions the price and adds just the convenience fee later, these guys add gst as well on the billing page just to increase the base ticket price further. Logging in with OTP, email or phone number both fail and it fails so miserably that the raw response json is shown to the user which is honestly embarrassing. Google login does nothing, doesn’t even show an error and just takes you back to the login screen. What is the point of having all those events on your platform if a user cant even sign in despite trying all login functionality present in the app. If the skillbox management is reading this, pls fire your devs, I’m a dev myself and the state of your application is honestly embarrassing and brutal **Developer response:** Hi, We’re really sorry for your experience—this is not acceptable. We truly appreciate your feedback. 🙏 ### 1/5 — Worst management ever by skill box *2025-12-29* Absolutely pathetic management. There was zero crowd control—people were allowed to enter the concert without any wristband or entry checks. As a result of this negligence, over 200 mobile phones were stolen at concerts managed by Skillbox. They also forced cover charges on attendees, promising food, but the arrangements were a complete joke and nowhere near sufficient for the massive crowd. This shows sheer irresponsibility and a total lack of planning. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We’re committed to strengthening on-ground coordination and safety measures for future events. ### 1/5 — Zero Customer Support *2025-11-27* Have been constantly mailing them about a dark pattern in the app, it asks you for location and then shows which throw up are across any cities. Unless you pay close attention you are likely to make wrong bookings. No support or response recieved despite mailing them immediately and escalation on platform twice. Not even a ticket number. Ticket seller without support *2025-11-03* Bought the Steven Wilson tickets for Mumbai tour which was supposed to be on the 2nd. Made hotel reservations and arrangements accordingly. On the morning of 2nd November, they send a message saying it has been moved to 3rd. Wrote mails to refund my money as this is truly unacceptable. Not a single response. No customer care number to communicate Truly sad **Developer response:** Hi, We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the schedule change and the lack of response. We understand how frustrating this must have been. we’ll look into this on priority and assist you. ### 1/5 — Vivada Cruise 1st January 2024 *2024-01-01* The worst new year ever. It was so expensive to book but in return we got nothing no food no drinks nothing. And Idk what was the management team doing while preparing for the New Year Party. I would never suggest anyone to book Vivada Cruise for any purpose. Because it’s baseless to spend so much but get empty plates and bottle. And Second Thing the ship didn’t even start. It was at the shore from 7pm to 11pm doing nothing.. I would like to have my money refunded with any further argue. Because the management was nothing.
